The Finance Assistant will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, assisting in data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

Help process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Support monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis

Maintain and organize financial files and documentation

Track and reconcile petty cash and office expenditures

Liaise with vendors and suppliers on payment-related queries

Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls

Perform various other finance duties as required by the business
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Commerce

Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Knowledge of or exposure to accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Sage, CRM) is an advantage

Familiarity with financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers
