Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Assistant who is proficient in Tagalog to join our team in On Time Group. The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in financial reporting, accounting tasks, and administrative support within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Tagalog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense forms, and other financial documents.
- Assist in maintaining financial records accurately and timely.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders in Tagalog.
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting basic financial analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Finance Assistant, Finance Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices is a plus.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
