1. Financial Controller Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Financial Controller.
- Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents, reports, and schedules.
- Maintain structured filing (digital and physical) of finance-related records.
2. Aggregator Accounts Support
- Assist in handling documentation and reconciliation related to payment aggregators.
- Track incoming statements from aggregators and ensure timely submission to finance team.
- Support in matching transactions between internal records and aggregator reports.
- Flag discrepancies for review by the Financial Controller.
3. Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Manage correspondence related to finance matters (emails, follow-ups, reminders).
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers on finance-related queries.
4. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting or ERP systems.
- Update spreadsheets and tracking tools for payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
5. General Finance Support
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries as requested.
- Support month-end and periodic closing activities.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Pay: BD280.000 - BD300.000 per hour
