Finance Assistant

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our finance department in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to smooth accounting processes within a fast-paced IT solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and updating accounting systems.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
• Support VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial information.
• Assist the finance team with audits and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting support roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
