Job Summary

COTHM (College of Tourism & Hotel Management) seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting practices across the education and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records, vouchers, and ledgers
• Support in daily transactions such as fee entries, receipts, and payments
• Help in reconciling bank statements and tracking expenses
• Assist in managing student fee records and updating databases
• Support petty cash handling and expense documentation
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Maintain organized filing of financial documents
• Provide administrative support to the finance department
• Assist during audits and compliance checks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: BS Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
