B. COM Fresh Interns

Job Overview:

Harris Silicones & Glass Pvt. Ltd. is looking for B.Com fresh graduates to join our team as Interns in Accounts and Warehouse Departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations and supply chain management within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Intern:

• Assist in daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Maintain financial records and ledgers
• Support invoice preparation and data entry
• Assist in bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Work on ERP systems (preferably Odoo ERP)

Warehouse Intern:

• Assist in inventory management and stock counting
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods
• Support goods receiving and dispatch processes
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement
• Assist in ERP-based inventory entries (Odoo ERP)

Requirements:

• B.Com (Fresh Graduate)
• Basic knowledge of accounting or inventory processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
