Position: Finance Assistant/Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Division. The role involves managing financial documents, scanning and organising vouchers, ensuring audit readiness, and handling outgoing correspondence with banks and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan and verify vouchers with supporting documents.
- Organize, secure, and maintain physical vouchers and digital records.
- Ensure documents are audit-ready and easily retrievable.
- Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, document submissions, and correspondence.
- Support smooth financial operations through the timely execution of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Intermediate (Commerce preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts support or document handling
- Skills:
- High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and safe handling of financial documents.
- Proficient in document scanning, archiving, and voucher processing
- Good communication skills for professional correspondence with banks and teams
- Ability to handle outdoor tasks independently and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
