Position: Finance Assistant/Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Division. The role involves managing financial documents, scanning and organising vouchers, ensuring audit readiness, and handling outgoing correspondence with banks and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately scan and verify vouchers with supporting documents.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain physical vouchers and digital records.
  • Ensure documents are audit-ready and easily retrievable.
  • Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, document submissions, and correspondence.
  • Support smooth financial operations through the timely execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate (Commerce preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts support or document handling
  • Skills:
  • High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and safe handling of financial documents.
  • Proficient in document scanning, archiving, and voucher processing
  • Good communication skills for professional correspondence with banks and teams
  • Ability to handle outdoor tasks independently and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
