Role Purpose

The Finance Associate will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, with a focus on daily cash management, payment processes, and treasury activities. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders. Acting as a critical member of the finance team, the Finance Associate will contribute to the financial health of the organization by providing reliable data, operational support, and insights that align with broader financial and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and regularly update daily cash flow based on incoming data
• Handle daily financial operations, including preparing payment instructions, inputting data into treasury systems, collecting approvals and signatures, and sharing with banks and relevant institutions
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments and collections by coordinating with banks; maintain strong bank relations
• Prepare and present regular treasury reports within the scope of responsibility

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Banking or Finance
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• A team player who is eager to support financial operations and daily cash management tasks
