Junior Finance Associate

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage day-to-day operations of the finance department, including managing invoices, payments, and collections.

Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Cash Flow Monitoring: Participate in monitoring and managing cash flow to support the company's operational needs.

Financial Systems Assistance: Learn and utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the digital marketing or affiliate marketing industry.

Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A good knowledge of financial software would be a bonus.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
