The Finance Executive will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational
efficiency of Panigrahana Weddings. This role involves managing financial statements,
conducting financial analysis, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring GST
compliance. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and attention to
detail, and will contribute directly to financial planning and informed decision-making within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and
cash flow reports.

Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic
decision-making.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including filing, reconciliation, and
addressing GST-related queries.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Operations, Production, and Vendors—to verify
transactions, payouts, and collections.

Monitor expense management and support cost-control initiatives.

Assist in developing financial systems, internal controls, and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience in preparing and handling financial statements.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive
insights.

Knowledge of GST regulations and hands-on experience with GST filing and
reconciliation.

Experience in financial reporting and management reporting.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency with financial tools, Excel, and accounting systems.

Experience in the wedding industry or events sector is an added advantage.
