Responsibilities
- Assist with account reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (freshers can apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
