Finance Associate

Smartbenefits is hiring for the position of Finance Associate

Responsibilities include:

- Bank reconciliation

- Accurate bookkeeping of transactions in accounting software

- Keeping proper record of expenses

- Assisting in monthly P&L preparation

- Payments disbursement to stakeholders

- Coordinating with insurance companies for any payables or receivables

- Petty cash handling

- Preparation of invoices

- Assisting line manager in day to day tasks

Skills required:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts

- Prior experience of using Xero accounting software would be an added advantage

Education:

BBA Finance / BS Accounting & Finance / CA/ACCA Finalist

Experience:

Fresh (Final year students with weekend classes are encouraged to apply)
