Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits
• Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong command of Google Sheets including formulas and data organization
• Demonstrated experience in AP and AR processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based in the USA

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience
• Experience supporting remote teams
• Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards
