Job Description:

Demonstrate a profound understanding of transaction nuances, client idiosyncrasies, and target company-specific business contexts.
Perform initial data assessments provided by clients, comparing them to scope requirements to identify and establish further data needs.
Proactively identify potential issues within assigned responsibilities and effectively communicate both the issues and their potential impact to senior team members.
Generate data and deliverables with precise analysis that showcases thoughtful consideration of work scope. Include pertinent questions, comments, and format them appropriately for reports, positioning them as primary review documents.
Capable of producing compelling first drafts of reports that exhibit consideration for key messages, aesthetics, message consistency, flow, audience, context, grammar, and style.
Oversee small projects by assuming responsibility for executing limited scope/work plans. Efficiently allocate tasks, manage time, and supervise teams, guided by experienced engagement managers.
Articulate key findings clearly and concisely to engagement managers and directors, ensuring critical points are well-prepared and effectively communicated.
Actively participate in client calls, ready to provide the necessary level of detail about assigned areas of responsibility as required.
Take charge of staff development, dedicating appropriate time to coach junior staff during projects, showcasing a commitment to team growth.
Maintain a hands-on approach with delegated work, conducting regular reviews and staying informed about detailed issues, as expected of Senior Associates.

Minimum requirements:

Ideally holds an ACCA degree.
Work experience:

Associate / Senior Associate: 3+ years of management consulting experience or experience in strategy or FP&A roles at reputable firms

Possesses a quick learning aptitude, adept at assimilating new information rapidly, and employs a methodical approach to problem-solving
Displays passion and a fervent drive to tackle complicated problems, a comfort level with ambiguity, and an inclination to question conventional wisdom in pursuit of the right answer
Demonstrates well-honed analytical skills, showing ease with complex data sets and an innate ability to verify results logically
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to articulate thoughts coherently
Shows motivation for executing projects to completion, backed by effective project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Capable of working independently, with strong self-motivation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite
