We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Associate to support the Head of Finance Middle East in managing monthly submissions, financial reporting, and operational finance activities. The role requires strong accuracy, an ability to work with multiple currencies, and a proactive mindset to ensure that bank, invoice, and expense records are consistently complete and properly reconciled. This role will be central to ensuring smooth monthly reporting, compliance with financial controls, and timely support for wider finance and business needs.
Responsibilities:

Collect, review, and submit bank statements (TRY, USD, EUR) in both PDF and Excel formats.

Provide quarterly cash flow projections and prepare funding requests.

Assist with bank-related queries, ensuring smooth payment approvals and operational continuity.

Liaise with banking partners to resolve transaction or documentation issues.

Submit all monthly invoices with a complete Invoice List (Excel).
-
Ensure invoice lists are accurate, complete, and matched with supporting documentation.

Maintain required columns: Invoice Number, Vendor/Supplier, Invoice Date, Amount, Currency, Payment Bank, Bank Reference Code, and Coverage Period.

Provide payment breakdowns for bundled/multi-invoice payments.

Organize invoices by bank and currency for efficient recordkeeping.
-
Process employee expense claims in both Excel (for posting) and PDF (for audit).

Ensure correct currency conversion aligned with bank payments.

Perform a final monthly check to confirm all bank statements, invoices, claims, and reconciliations are included and aligned.

Maintain clean, structured files for reporting and audits.

Support the preparation of quarterly bonus calculations, ensuring CRM hygiene.

Provide support for ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance Middle East or Turkey Office Head.

Ensure timely responses to internal and external finance-related queries.

Assist in strengthening internal controls and improving reporting processes.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (entry-level candidates with internships considered).

Strong Excel skills (data management, reconciliations, formulas).

Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting principles.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
