Finance Attorney

We are seeking a Finance attorney in our Rochester or Buffalo, NY office.

Experience with negotiating credit and security agreements and M&A financing preferred. Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $159,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
