Transactional Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal seeks Transactional Attorneys for multiple contract-to-hire opportunities with a global publication company based in Arlington, VA!

Qualified candidates must possess a J.D. degree and have 2+ years of legal practice experience with one of the following:

• supply chain; contract drafting, negotiation, and management; AI and technology agreements, IP transactions; and other areas of commercial law
• banking and syndicated lending, private credit and direct lending, private equity finance, fund finance, or acquisition and leveraged finance
• securities transactions, capital markets, and/or corporate finance matters

In this role, the Attorney will leverage their transactional experience to create legal content for the publication company. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are also key.
