The Opportunity

The Dallas office is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Finance & Transactions team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial finance matters, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation and managing transactions from start to finish.

Associates are encouraged to take on meaningful responsibility early, participate in client-facing work, and contribute to business development initiatives. The firm supports professional growth through hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration with senior attorneys across practices.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial finance or transactional work
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing financing transactions
• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Admission to the Texas Bar or ability to obtain admission
