About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Automation Specialist with a strong finance background and a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and technology by driving automation initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing intelligent solutions within ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, configure, and implement automation solutions within SAP Finance or Oracle Finance systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance financial efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.
• Manage system integrations and data flow between finance and other business functions.
• Support continuous improvement through RPA tools, workflow automation, and analytics.
• Conduct user training, testing, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience as an SAP FI/CO or Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with finance automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹91,681.73 - ₹110,412.41 per year
