Finance & Business Internship (UAE National)

As a Finance & Business Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the development and operations of our automotive financing division in the UAE. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, learning how a finance business operates from strategy to execution. Key Responsibilities:

Support Strategy & Business Analysis

• 
  Assist in market research and competitor analysis for auto financing products in the UAE.

• 
  Help prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.

• 
  Support the creation of presentations for internal teams and leadership.

Operations & Compliance Exposure

• 
  Learn about loan application, underwriting, and servicing processes.

• 
  Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including legal and compliance advisors.

• 
  Support testing and documentation for financial systems, including loan management platforms.

• Help track project timelines and milestones for financing initiatives.

• 
  Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to support smooth execution.

• 
  Contribute ideas and insights from data and process observations.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

• 
  Assist in monitoring key metrics such as loan origination volumes and portfolio performance.

• 
  Support basic financial and operational reporting.

• 
  Learn how to identify trends and insights that help improve business performance.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.

• 
  Strong interest in finance, fintech, lending, or the automotive industry.

• 
  Good analytical skills and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.

• 
  Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• 
  Any prior internship, academic project, or exposure to finance, data analysis, or fintech is a plus, but not required.
  
  

• Be eligible for the Emiratisation program and hold the corresponding Family Book
  
• English and Arabic proficiency level
