About This Job:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting directly into the T-MEA Commercial Finance Lead and be responsible for providing support to the senior leaders and teams and provide financial leadership.

Key Activities:
Collaborate with business operations members, the COE, Systems and Reporting teams to deliver high quality, on time services.
Provide systematic variance analysis & additional fundamental analysis support to FBPs & Business, which are relevant to the sustainability of the operation.
Support accounting operations collaborating with GBS e.g., accruals entries etc to ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly closing is complying with financial and fiscal requirements, in line with relevant control frameworks.
Support markets / areas FBPs through conducting monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses – provide key highlights on costs, headcounts tracking and cost efficiency analysis.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience within finance business partnering within a global pharmaceutical organization in the region.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Knowledge and experience of working in Budgeting and Accounting.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
Solid organization, project and change management skills in a matrix environment.
Experienced working with ERP systems, planning tools and Excel and PowerPoint.

Educations/Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.

Additional information:
This is a permanent, full time position
The position is based in Cairo, Egypt
Candidates should be based in Egypt
This position follows our hybrid working model. Role is blend of work from home and a minimum 2-3 days in Cairo office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
