Are you ready to drive business performance and shape financial strategy in a dynamic, multinational environment? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team.

Financial Planning & Controlling & Analyst

  • Oversee budgets and financial forecasts; contribute to reviewing budgets and actual results, providing variance analysis and commentary with strong understanding of business drivers.
  • Ensure alignment of business plans with financial goals and resources, supporting cost management governance and standardization


Data-Driven Decision Makin

  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Support management’s decision-making process with ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling


Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

  • Work closely with various departments to understand financial needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting a collaborative working environment


Advisory Role / Provide Financial Guidance

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management and key stakeholders on financial implications of business decisions.
  • Define critical success factors in projects, budget allocation, and risk evaluation


Project Management

  • Represent Finance function in key projects and initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are integrated.
  • Lead and support critical projects to successful implementation.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Budgeting, Reporting, and Controlling, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Strong financial planning, controlling, and analytical skills with solid accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Net Working Capital management.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent communicator, collaborative, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about data-driven decision-making.
