What you'll do:
In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between the core finance function, business leaders, and key teams such as supply chain, in-stock, and suppliers. In this role, you’ll provide the financial insights, tools, and analysis that enable category managers to make informed, data-driven decisions aligned with overall business goals. You’ll play a key part in driving financial clarity, commercial alignment, and strategic decision-making across the category.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Business Finance activities according to the financial plan to support achieving Revenue and profitability.

Rolling Plans for the GMV drive. Modify financial plans based on the changes in business plans.

OTB, Inventory planning and health control.

Inventory Margins, Competitive Index, and analysis on the Margins.

Develop a profit and loss plan to ensure optimized Margins and operating profits.

Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct the gaps/variances.

Decision support. Provide financial support and advice to Category managers in closing new initiatives.

Act as a key decision maker for financial-related commitments in business projects.

Manage Supplier agreements, Rebates, and promo negotiations in discussion with CMs.

Active participation on the Deal investments, Marketplace fees, and charges.
What you'll need?

Highly detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels within the organization.

Deep dive into the data and meaningful analysis.

Proficient in MS Excel, Macros, Word, and PowerPoint; BigQuery knowledge is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Master's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Accounting.

3-5 years of finance or related experience for Business Analyst.

Consumer products / Retail experience a plus.
