Finance Business Partner

Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Fox Valley area looking for a Finance Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel knowledge and high attention to detail.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner and support cross-functional teams in planning, measuring, reporting and improving performance of operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support production, cost, and capital planning.
• Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis.
• Support plant leadership with KPI development and performance reporting.
• Support capital expenditure analysis, ROI modeling, and post-investment reviews.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages.
• Support month-end close activities in collaboration with accounting.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Finance Business Partner will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Advance excel modeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
