Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Finance Business Partner – Commercial to support our Pharma Sales Team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the Finance and Sales departments, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance to optimize commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive business performance and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and market performance to support decision-making.
- Prepare and review monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support annual budgeting and planning processes for the commercial division.
- Monitor trade discounts, promotional expenses, and sales-related costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide actionable insights to management to improve revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, ICMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales finance, commercial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
