Finance & Commercial Manager

• Oversee (not perform) month-end close processes and financial reporting across the group
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity prepared by the finance team
• Review and challenge monthly management reports (MIS), ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights
• Lead investment management support, including analysis of ongoing and new opportunities
• Drive budgeting and forecasting oversight, providing direction and challenge to underlying assumptions
• Manage group-level cash flow strategy and treasury oversight (multi-currency environment)
• Lead banking relationships, including negotiation of facilities and ongoing lender engagement
• Support and oversee external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Undertake ad hoc financial and commercial analysis, including investment-focused assignments
• Lead or support financial modelling and feasibility studies for strategic projects
• Drive cost control initiatives and performance management across business units
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Execute specialised financial and technical assignments as directed by senior management

Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,200.000 per month
