Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client as a remote consultant. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and business advisory functions to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability studies

• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring, and expense control

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Advise management on financial strategy, cost optimization, and risk mitigation

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders

• Review and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures

• Support strategic projects and business decisions with data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus: CPA, CMA, ACCA)

• 7+ years of experience in finance management, consulting, or corporate finance

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance frameworks

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP tools

• Strong analytical and advisory skills

• Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation abilities

Work Conditions
