Finance Controller

Rowaby, the development arm of Alabdullatif Group, is active across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and logistics projects. We're looking for a Finance Controller to join our team in Riyadh.

The role reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for:

• Financial reporting and compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Project cost analysis and controls
• Coordinating audits and external financial reviews
• Supporting decision-making through financial insight

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA is a plus)
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate development or construction
• Strong grasp of IFRS, internal controls, and ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
