Job Title: Finance Controller

Position Summary: The Finance Controller will be responsible for leading the financial management of our manufacturing group of companies based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a highly skilled finance professional with expertise in group consolidation, intercompany transactions, audit management, and financial compliance. The Controller will report directly to the management and play a key role in driving financial integrity and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities across the group companies, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and sales to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and tax laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in finance controlling within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience managing a group of companies.
• Strong expertise in intercompany accounting, group consolidation, and audit management.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or Epicor) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
