Finance Controller

We are looking for a reputed company in Muscat Oman for Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Establish financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash position and liquidity.
• Manage working capital and banking relationships.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise accounting and finance staff.
• Coordinate audits and support management decision-making.
• Financial Analysis
• Analyze financial performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA.
• Several years of accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting software.

Pay: RO1,500.000 - RO1,600.000 per hour
