Position Overview
The Finance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of Codeblack Com LLC (Branch 4) in Doha. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and statements
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support audits
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
