Finance Coordinator

Valuable Finances is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our growing team in Jahra, Kuwait. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.

As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily financial activities and documentation
  • Prepare financial reports, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist with payroll coordination and financial reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and databases
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial workflows
  • Handle administrative finance tasks and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in finance coordination, accounting, or administrative finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
