As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily financial activities and documentation
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with payroll coordination and financial reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and databases
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial workflows
- Handle administrative finance tasks and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in finance coordination, accounting, or administrative finance roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
