Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Payroll/Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor and tax laws, and support financial operations using leading accounting and payroll software. Your expertise will help maintain accurate financial records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. This position reports to L&P Aesthetics.

Duties

• Process daily cash deposits, prepare refund & payment checks
• Process payroll accurately through BBSI payroll, like other payroll systems such as ADP, Gusto or equivalent
• Reconcile accounts and perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage invoicing for cosmetic procedures
• Handle payroll tax calculations, filings, and compliance with governmental regulations
• Maintain employee data within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll systems
• Prepare journal entries related to payroll and other financial transactions for double entry bookkeeping
• Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to employment law, labor law compliance, and confidentiality standards in all payroll activities

Experience

• 3+ years in administrative experience in a medical office, plastic surgery, medical spa, or healthcare services (preferred)
• Proven experience in payroll processing, patient billing, financial reconciliation, multi-department coordination, and health care administration
• Familiarity with accounting software including QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar financial tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and analyze financial data accurately
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting
• Background in general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and technical accounting practices

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
