Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track purchase orders from requisition to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on purchasing activities and inventory status.
- Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Reporting and coordinating with operation manager.
- Preferred female candidate.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Must have experience in Food & beverage industry specially Restaurants & cashier system.
- Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with restaurants cashiering system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
