Operational Support for Data Quality & Stewardship

  • Act as first line of defense for production data issues by confirming validity, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating fixes
  • Provide regular updates to data owners and stewards on domain health, open issues, and quality trends
  • Support onboarding of new data into governed finance schemas, ensuring quality checks, metadata, lineage, and ownership are established
  • Partner with technology teams to improve data processes by reducing manual effort, increasing automation, and strengthening controls

Catalog, Lineage & Metadata Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate catalog content including business definitions, quality rules, ownership, and stewardship relationships
  • Document and maintain transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation controls to support transparency and auditability

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma and 7+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in financial data management or related roles
  • 3+ years identifying, monitoring, and remediating data quality issues, including daily data load validation and CDEs

Ideal Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with data governance activities, including stewardship engagement, catalog maintenance, and data quality documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills with the ability to partner across Finance, Technology, and Data Management
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Collibra, SAP, or Anaplan
