Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction and guidance to finance and accounting function.
  • Ensure the practice of accounting standards and other legal and compliance features applicable for accounting and finance domain.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise with the financial interest across the functions of the company.
  • Contribute for the system development, improvement or changes required from time to time to get optimum solution to achieve the objectives and goals.
  • Adhere to the recommendations of internal audit, external audit and management policies and procedures.
  • Support the Group finance to implement the advises, guidance and recommendations for the BUs.
  • Jointly approve of all the documents as per the authority matrix like payment vouchers, LC openings and POs for the efficient operations of central treasury in HO.
  • Evaluation of MIS report prepared by the accounting section and ensure its fairness and reporting any variances by collecting information from respective areas of operations.
  • Control the activities of statutory audit, internal audit, local content audit and SIDF audit for the information requested and provided.
  • Provide any information needed by other stakeholders of the company from finance and accounting as and when requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 10-15 Years of hands on experience in Finance.
  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analyses.
  • Experience handling statutory, internal, local content, and SIDF audits.
  • Proficiency in financial ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Understanding of SOCPA, IFRS, ZATCA regulations (VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax).
  • Hands on experience preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and supervise finance and accounting teams effectively.
  • Capable of resolving cross functional financial conflicts and system/process inefficiencies.
  • Ability to manage deadlines for audits, reporting, approvals, and stakeholder requests.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and secure handling of sensitive financial data.
  • CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA or other equivalent.
