About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the financial operations of a market leading organisation based in Riyadh. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s continued growth and success in the region.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional who can balance strategic insight with hands-on management, ensuring the business maintains strong financial governance, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, external advisors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective financial controls
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team to support organizational objectives
• Partner with senior management on investment planning, capital allocation, and business transformation projects
• Support the development of corporate governance frameworks and risk management strategies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering
• Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence at senior levels, and drive performance improvements
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
