We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee all financial operations and guide the organisation’s long-term financial health. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Strategy
- Develop and oversee long-term financial goals, strategies, and frameworks.
- Analyse current trends and data to forecast future financial performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Budgeting & Cost Management
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments.
- Monitor spending and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Present financial results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets.
- Oversee insurance coverage, investment strategies, and internal risk controls.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support operational and strategic needs.
- Oversee working capital and optimise inflows/outflows to maintain financial stability.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong financial controls.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team (accountants, analysts, controllers).
- Promote a high-performance culture grounded in accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the company’s financial spokesperson with investors, auditors, partners, and the board of directors.
- Provide clear, concise updates on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Strategic Decision Support
- Deliver financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Participate in mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion projects.
ERP & Systems Implementation
- Implement, enhance, and maintain financial systems (ERP, reporting tools).
- Drive automation and digital transformation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and audit practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
