Key Responsibilities:

Support for a six-month maternity leave involving ownership of total company reporting, income statement analysis and month end close oversight.

Lead and develop a team responsible for managing critical FP&A systems, data flows, and reporting environments.

Oversee company‑wide financial consolidation tools, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and strong control environments.

Manage third‑party vendors to ensure SLA performance and successful delivery of system enhancements.

Leverage automation expertise to simplify and scale FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and improving speed.

Expand access to real‑time financial data through enhanced reporting tools, dashboards, and system integrations.

Collaborate with finance leaders to build, govern, and sustain a streamlined financial reporting process.

Support the CFO in preparing high‑quality business reviews, providing insights into risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to enhance growth and profitability.

Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, compelling, insight-driven materials for senior leadership.

Serve as the FP&A lead for major initiatives, including system enhancements, M&A integration, and process improvement projects.
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $170,000.00 to $180,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
