We are seeking a highly motivated, insightful, and strategic professional to join our team at Roche Diagnostics as a Finance Excellence Lead. This pivotal role is primarily focused on driving process standardization, innovation, and strategic financial control within RD Turkiye, with a key mandate to contribute to and lead projects across the Subregion South East (SRSE) Chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of empowered and accountable Finance Excellence Partners to support internal stakeholders and collaborate on initiatives on above affiliate level

• Process Coordination & Closing: Perform, coordinate, and monitor Month-end closing tasks.

• Compliance & Reporting: Assure timely and accurate submission in accordance with DIS, FGAR, and other associated Global guidance.

• Prepare financial reports/presentations for the affiliate to track and analyze the actual performance against budget, forecasts and KPIs.

• Consolidation and coordination of Budget process: Coordinate and set the process, timeline, and clarity of the deliverables of annual budget processes for the finance and the organization.

• Managing and overseeing local accounting and treasury operations in close collaboration with the Regional Service Center in Budapest.

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements through standardized processes and tasks in the area of the Finance Analyst role in Subregion South East.

• Proactively provide developed, automated, and enhanced standard/management reporting to support business operations, leveraging technological advances integrated in insights generation processes.

• May lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional projects/squads on an above-affiliate level. Act as a key SME.

• Act as the consulted authority on best practices and control frameworks. Lead the definition and roll-out of streamlined financial processes. Defines standards and strategy for financial processes/systems across the SRSE Chapter.

• Be an advocate and role model for the new ways of working as well as the desired mindsets, behaviors and culture and play a coach and catalyst role in the teams/squads to deliver the desired outcomes while striving for consistency and efficiency across areas, by encouraging the team to continuously finding opportunities to harmonize and simplify finance processes while sustaining or improving the stakeholder experience

Who You Are

• 7+ years working experience and an in-depth specialist knowledge in Finance and broad knowledge of related disciplines (e.g., IT).

• Possess advanced controlling and reporting skills and expertly manage system landscape used by affiliates incl. BI tool know-how (e.g. tableau)

• Systems thinking – understands interdependencies within and above the affiliate.

• Establishes streamlined and harmonized financial processes and systems across the subregion

• Works autonomously and provides expert support. Requires minimal guidance on complex, non-recurring issues.

• Acts as a strategic thought partner. Develops new approaches to complex problems.

• Knowledge of SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office will be preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish
