Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for collection and recovery.
• Coordinate with inter departments to resolve collection issues.
• Process and record in ERP financial transactions including invoices, payments/collections, and reimbursements.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable operations.
• Handle daily cash management, bank deposits, and reconciliations.
• Support in preparation of financial reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist during audits.
• Monitoring and collection of withholding tax challans to ensure receivable positions intact.
• Maintain accounts receivable aging and take measures to prevent and control bad debts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or recovery.
• Minimum bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of credit management and recovery processes and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
