Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage core finance operations, reporting, reconciliations, and e-commerce (Amazon) financial activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial control and smooth marketplace accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable, supplier reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing including journal entries, adjustments, accruals, and ledger reviews.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards and labor regulations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Amazon sales, margins, returns, and fee analysis.
• Track marketplace expenses and assist in pricing, profit margin analysis, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams for inventory & stock reconciliation.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• ACCA Part-Qualified (Preferrable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or e-commerce finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central financials is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
