About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Finance Executive with 1–2 years of professional experience to manage core financial operations and support accurate financial reporting. This role is designed for a hands-on finance professional who understands transactional finance, ensures compliance, and contributes to financial stability in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including entries, ledgers, and documentation
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently
• Assist in monthly and annual closing activities
• Prepare expense reports, vouchers, and supporting schedules
• Support budget monitoring and cost tracking
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
• Coordinate with HR and operations for payroll inputs and financial data
• Maintain organized financial records for audits and compliance purposes
• Generate routine financial reports for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong command of MS Excel and basic financial reporting
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Professional integrity and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
