Finance Executive

Level3 BOS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable to join our growing finance team. This role is critical to managing end-to-end AP and AR operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments and collections, and strong compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel expertise, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment supporting U.S.-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and timely vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely collections from clients.
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and reduce overdue balances.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics AX for AP/AR processing and financial data management.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) for reporting and analysis.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements in AP/AR workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR processes, and financial controls.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
