noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:

• Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Comparing system reports to balances and processing invoices.
• Charging expenses to accounts and cost centres.
• Interacting with vendors and resolving invoice related disputes.
• Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
• Banking operations

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s OR associate degree in accounting, finance, or related.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable profile.
• Advanced competency in accounting and business management software (any one), such as Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics 365 and workflow system like JIRA is adding value.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
