Finance Executive

Vendors invoices and debit notes recording in SAP (Esker), SRB, PRA, & FBR related data for Input Tax adjustment for tax consultants.

Group Commission/Warranty/Freight Debit/Credit Notes recording.

Recurring invoices tracking update to reduce invoices accruals, monthly invoices accrual for services received.

Processing and recording expenses in accounting software.

Recording Journal Vouchers (e.g. lease, amortization, accruals & cost transfers)

Bank reconciliation for bank accounts.

Withholding tax report, reconciliation of GL and tax payments.

Sale orders, invoices processing and Intercompany commissions recording in accounting software.

Import documents arrangements & stock insurance recording.

Understanding of Taxation on supplier payments & recording of payable.

To assist in external/internal audit in related areas.

To take initiative for process improvements and be part of team initiatives.

To succeed, you'll need:

Bachelor’s in commerce / BBA Hons (Finance & Accounting) / Masters in Commerce / MBA Finance.

Must have a mature conception of job and its criticality with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounting & Finance with well reputed organization.

Desirable knowledge of SAP.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated & ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks.

Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
