Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

Prepare:

• Profit & Loss Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Branch wise Financial
• Weekly Financial Summary for Management

Cash Flow Management

• Daily monitoring of company cash inflow/outflow
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain branch cash deposit discipline
• Monitor petty cash and emergency cash controls

Accounting & Bookkeeping Control

• Supervise complete bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
• Ensure all vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries are properly recorded
• Review bank reconciliations
• Verify sales reconciliation from POS vs bank/cash collections
• Ensure all financial records are updated on accounting software

Branch Financial Monitoring

• Daily branch sales verification
• Branch-wise expense analysis
• Food cost, packaging cost, utility cost monitoring
• Identify financial leakages, wastage, or pilferage
• Prepare branch profitability reports

Vendor & Payment Management

• Verify all vendor bills before payment
• Maintain vendor payable aging
• Schedule payments as per approved cycle
• Negotiate better commercial terms with vendors where possible
• Ensure no duplicate/unauthorised payments

Payroll & Salary Disbursement Supervision

• Coordinate with HR for payroll processing
• Verify attendance-linked payroll calculations
• Ensure timely salary disbursement
• Manage staff advances, deductions & reimbursements

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Financial software handling
• Excel & MIS reporting expert
• Cost control mindset

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / MBA Finance preferred
• 3–5 years relevant finance/accounting experience
• Experience in restaurant preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
