Finance Executive/Senior Executive

We’re Hiring: Finance Executive

Karachi | Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on financial reporting experience, and the ability to manage routine finance operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and post financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare and reconcile ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet
• Support Month-end and Year-end closing activities
• Review and update management reporting systems and Excel-based reporting templates
• Prepare and record transactions related to Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding and payables
• Reconcile Sales Tax and Income Tax records for monthly tax returns
• Manage vendor-related matters including purchase orders and vendor payments
• Issue withholding tax challans to vendors
• Perform routine bank reconciliations
• Handle day-to-day finance department operations
• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
• Develop and implement effective internal control procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits
• Liaise with legal and tax advisors regarding legal, financial, and taxation matters
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA / CA Part Qualified preferred
• Articleship must be completed
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and taxation
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
