Finance Exexutive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong command of MS Excel (basic formulas, reconciliations, data handling)
• Experience with ERP/accounting software

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate variances
• Manage vendor and supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Record and monitor daily cash payments and receipts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
• Prepare and review trial balance and supporting schedules
• Execute month-end closing activities with proper documentation
• Ensure timely posting of journal entries (expenses, accruals, adjustments)
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, procurement, etc.) to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain proper audit trail and supporting documents
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis
