Finance Head

Job Summary:

The Finance Head will oversee the company’s financial health by managing budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and leading the finance team to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support strategic business decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8–15 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
